If you give us your phone number and agree on our form, Basically Home Buyers may contact you about your property by phone call and text message, including calls and texts sent with an automatic dialing system, prerecorded messages, or artificial or AI voice. Your consent is not required to buy or sell anything.

• We may send you a one-time code by text to confirm your phone number.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• You can also ask us to stop calling you at any time.
• We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How we share your information

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, form tools, text messaging and phone verification (Twilio), call tracking (CallRail), property data services, and advertising and analytics (Google and Meta). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Home-buying partners we work with on a purchase, such as investors, title companies and closing attorneys, when needed to make or complete an offer on your property.
• Legal reasons, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.
• Business changes, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of data. You can opt out of that, as explained in section 7.

6. Cookies and tracking tools

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to make the Site work, understand how it is used, and measure our ads. These include:
